WHAT DO THE ITEM CONDITIONS MEAN?

Our primary categories of product condition are GREAT condition (no flaws) — GOOD condition (some light wash wear, no other flaws) — PLAY condition (heavy wash wear, untreated spots, or other defects).

Yes! We love this model. It’s accessible and sustainably minded to give you the option to hold off on shipments until you’re ready to combine your orders. This way you can snag the items you don’t want to miss out on while keeping an eye out for new inventory in the meantime.

HOW DO I CLOSE OUT MY BAG?

It's simple! After you have completed all of your purchases, hop over to the contact page and shoot us a message, letting us know you'd like to close out your bag. We'll calculate your shipping based on the weight of your total bag and your zip code, then we'll send you an invoice for the shipping.

HOW DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING WHEN I CLOSE OUT A BAG?

Once you're ready to close out your bag, you'll notify us, and we'll send you an invoice for your total haul. You'll be able to pay with any method Shop offers. Easy!

ARE THE ITEMS ON YOUR SITE NEW?

Typically, no. Our clothing and accessories are sourced sustainably, which means they are usually pre-loved, though we occasionally find items in new-with-tag condition (marked NWT) and gladly offer those. We do our best to find and highlight any flaw or defect in our products so you're informed of its honest condition.

WHY DID YOU MOVE YOUR SHOP TO A WEBSITE?
